Troubleshooting session
Book a 60 minute deep-dive to explore a specific concern or scenario. This includes a review of a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire. You will leave with clear action steps and confidence about how to move forward, plus two weeks of email support.
£150
Consultation package
This includes a troubleshooting plus follow-up session (up to 60 minutes) usually booked 2-4 weeks after. At the end we’ll review your progress and discuss whether or not you would benefit from further support. You’ll have two weeks of email support after each session.

Nutrition coaching programme
If you like the idea of having a ‘nutritionist in your pocket’ then this is the programme for you! Each month we’ll have a consultation (up to 60 minutes) followed by structured weekly online check-ins for support, guidance and motivation. You’ll also have me on Whatsapp Mon-Thurs for questions that come up in between.
£120/month (min 12 week commitment)
