Hi, I’m Julia

I’m a registered nutritionist specialising in family and child nutrition. I’m especially passionate about supporting busy mums to eat well and role model healthy food relationships for their children.

With endless headlines about sugar, meal planning overwhelm and picky eating worries, before you know it food has become a huge source of stress in your life.

Many parents I speak to have battled with their eating or weight for years, often since their own childhood days. They are conscious about not passing on their own food struggles. They want to make sure their children grow up having a healthier relationship with food than they did.
