I’m a registered nutritionist and health coach with a passion for helping people make changes to improve their eating habits and wellbeing.

With endless dieting, constant food worry and lack of motivation to exercise, before you know it you’re in your forties and these things start to take their toll.

Many of the women I meet are parents who have struggled in their relationship with food for years. Now their children are growing up, they are aware of not wanting to pass on their own eating issues.
