FAQ’s

  • £120 per month, with a minimum 3-month commitment for best progress

  • It’s my job as your nutritionist and coach to create a plan that feels realisitic and achievable for you. If you’re not making progress in the areas you want, we’ll look at what is holding you back and tweak the plan. Your success is in your hands and I will be here to support you with your mindset throughout to keep things moving forwards.

  • Yes, this is certainly something I can help with. I have worked with hundreds of parents of picky eaters and I know how stressful and worrying it is when your child isn’t eating well. I’ll give you reassurance, understanding and practical strategies to help improve your picky eater’s relationship with food and family mealtimes in general.

  • I always work just with parents for a child under 12. For older children I will assess on a case by case basis. Please fill in the application form to tell me more about your situation and we can take it from there.

  • After your 12 weeks of coaching you have the option to continue getting my support on a rolling pay as you go monthly basis (£120/mo). This includes a monthly review call and the weekly online check-ins as before. You are free to cancel at any time.

  • I do not offer refunds outside of exceptional circumstance, however I do understand that priorities can change. If you feel unable to commit to our 12 weeks together, or beyond, please kindly give 2 weeks notice.
