Wellness culture is TOO MUCH! 

It can be hard to remember the important of balance in an age where we’re made to feel bad if we eat the wrong thing or don’t exercise in the right way. 

Sometimes I think we could all do with being a litt
Our kids learn how to eat by watching us 👀

Not just what’s on the plate, but how we feel and talk about food too…

If your children copied your eating habits:
> what would you want them to keep?
> and what might you want to chang
As I get older I find myself expecting less and less on #mothersday (good job really haha 🎻 ) But I also find myself feeling more grateful than ever to have these two cheeky monkeys in my life 💕💕 

Time goes fast in the bubble that is motherhood.
What would you say if I asked what ‘healthy eating’ means to you? 

You’d probably say:
🍏 eating lots of fruit and veg
🥩 getting plenty of protein 
🧁 going easy on sugar
🍕 limiting ultra processed foods
🔎 eating the right amoun
✨ Imagine a world without food rules. How freeing would that be! 

We can’t completely shelter our children from the rigid, restrictive messages about food that they’ll absorb from the diet culture they are growing up in. But we can help
