How it works
Complete your application with as much detail as possible to give me a feel for where you’re at and what support you need (I want to make sure we’re the right fit for each other!)

Once you’re accepted and signed up, you’ll get a link to book your action planning kick-off call, as well as access to my videos and resources (such as mindset worksheets, meal and snack ideas, habit trackers etc).

We’ll have weekly online check-ins to review your progress, set next actions and provide enouragement, accountability and keep you moving closer towards achieving your goals.

You’ll have unlimited text/voice message access to me so you can reach out between check-ins for extra support as needed. Towards the end of your 12 weeks you’ll be invited to continue monthly coaching.

FAQ’s

The coaching programme is not a diet or weight loss plan and I won’t be recommeding that you count calories or step on the scales. However, if you set goals around eating and exercise behaviour you may find you lose weight as a result.

It’s my job as your coach to help you set actions that are realisitic and achievable. If you find yourself unable to meet your goals we’ll look at what is holding you back and tweak the plan. Your success is in your hands and I will be here to support you with your mindset throughout.

After your 6 or 12 week package you have the option to continue with your coaching on a rolling pay as you go monthly basis (£120/mo). This includes a monthly review call and the weekly online check-ins as before. You can cancel at any time when you feel you no longer need support.
