43% of parents say they have not received clear advice on feeding babies and toddlers*
The different tastes and experiences with food and mealtimes that children have during weaning and the early years lay the foundations
for life-long healthy eating habits.
However, as a mum to two young children herself, Julia understands that feeding babies and toddlers can be stressful. And, with information overload and conflicting advice from books and well-meaning family and friends, she appreciates it can be hard to know what to do for the best.
The TEENY TUMMIES workshops aim to dispel the myths and provide reliable, practical guidance and support so that parents and carers can feel confident about feeding their babies and toddlers well.
Workshops are run in small groups to encourage an informal relaxed atmosphere where parents/carers can feel comfortable to ask questions, discuss experiences and share any anxieties. Content is based on current UK government infant and child nutrition guidelines, combined with anecdotes from Julia's personal experience and those of the many families she has worked with over the years.
